Freight charge is to be paid separately.

Quantity of box made will be ± 5% of the aimed-quantity mentioned above. Invoice will be made for ± 5% of aimed quantity.

Screen, die, plate, or stereo charge is to be paid for the first order only; for the next orders of the same item, no charge will be made on them.

Total price is to be paid, to allow us begin the work.

Next available slot is 12 August 2026; we need average 10 working days to make boxes, i.e. if ordered now, boxes are projected to complete on 22 August 2026*.

*Printing content files (if you have ordered printed boxes) in CDR format needs to be provided within 9 August 2026. If files are provided later, projected completion date will be delayed by the number of days of delay in providing files.

If we delay beyond the projected date, we will reduce price per box (prices of other items like die, plate, etc. won't be reduced) by 0.5% of initial box price, for every delay of one working day.

It is rare for boxes to be defective or be wrong items than what has been ordered. Below are the extent of protection offered under normal and extra protection options.

Return request needs to be made within 10 days from the time of delivery.

If boxes are defective: If layers of corrugated boxes are not intact, etc. Such boxes can be returned to us.

If customer place is in Bangalore, return-shipping and re-shipping charge will be given by us. If customer place is not in Bangalore, total of return-shipping-charge and re-shipping-charge, upto 10% of order value, will be given by us; if total of return-shipping and re-shipping-charge is greater than 10% of order value, customer needs to take the risk and will need to pay the remaining shipping charge.

We may correct the boxes which are defective (if correct-able) or refund 27% of box value (no refund will be made for die, plate, or stereo charges). If boxes are correctable, customer needs to pay any shipping charges involved during correction.

If boxes are not as ordered (size difference >1cm, wrong ply, wrong flute), such boxes can be returned to us. We may refund complete amount or make new boxes, within around 14 working days.
